Tanya Beale is a Professional Agrologist born and raised in the Fort St. John area (Two Rivers), known around Blackbird for her extremely bubbly personality and warm, welcoming nature that instantly puts people at ease. With over two decades of experience in the Peace Region, Tanya brings deep expertise in reclamation and environmental project management – along with a genuine love for people, the land, and getting good work done.
Throughout her career, Tanya has led and supported wellsite and pipeline reclamation programs from start to finish, including supervision, inspections, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and pre- and post-site assessments. She’s proud of the hands-on work she’s done on restoration projects – including completing a caribou restoration project – and she’s passionate about Blackbird’s values of putting family first and supporting work/life balance.
Outside of work, Tanya is happiest on horseback (she has seven!), trail riding with her daughter, and spending time on their hobby farm with her partner and three kids. And a fun fact: she also breeds and raises peacocks – because of course she does.
