Today, she channels that same curiosity and attention to detail into building a strong, supportive, and engaging workplace culture.
As Blackbird’s Operations and Culture Coordinator, Trisha ensures the team feels valued, supported, and connected – all while managing a wide range of responsibilities across the company. She excels at organizing, mentoring, and celebrating the people around her, making each team member feel like a vital part of Blackbird’s success.
Outside of work, Trisha enjoys yoga, swimming, slow mornings with coffee and a journal, hiking with her dog, and sharing time with friends over brunch or outdoor adventures.
